Program in Kotayk, Ararat and Vayots Dzor Provinces
About the program
The third stage of the Program for Discovering the Professional Potential of War Participants is being held in Armenia’s Kotayk, Ararat and Vayots Dzor Province, with the focus on servicemen who acquired disabilities in consequence of the 44-day war [in Artsakh]. After awareness-raising activities, in September, a two-stage professional orientation camp was organized in Jermuk — something that was required in order for the participants to identify and build their capabilities and ideas and draw up their personal growth plans based on those capabilities and ideas.
There are 83 participating servicemen from Kotayk, Ararat and Vayots Dzor Provinces who acquired disabilities in consequence of the war. Out of the 83, 73 chose to participate in the business planning and administration courses, while the others are taking professional training courses (SMM and marketing, 3D modeling, accounting, cooking, etc.).
If needed, the participants of the Program are also provided with personal psychological support.
