Programs: “Horizons” Dual Education Program

The “Horizons” Dual Education Program, designed to foster human capital development, introduces a new educational model into Armenia’s general education system. This innovative approach is personalized, taking into account the unique capabilities of each learner, as well as the distinct resources and industries of their local community.
