November 15th marked the deadline for acceptance of applications announced for becoming a beneficiary of the “Economically Sustainable Families” initiative. Based on the results, there were 57 applications, including 21 from Aragatsotn Province and 36 from Lori Province.
Study of applications began on November 18th. The program team at the “My Step” Foundation will study to see if the applications meet the criteria and will select 20 families along with employees of the regional governors’ offices of the Lori and Aragatsotn Provinces of the Republic of Armenia and the social workers of the two provinces.
In early December, the task force will be visiting the selected beneficiary families.
The 20 selected beneficiary families will be provided with furnished greenhouses in April 2025.
