Ongoing development of the professional capabilities of employees — this is one of the key principles of the “My Step” Charitable Foundation, and it is for this purpose that the Foundation organizes training courses for employees on a regular basis. The self-development and the increase of professional qualities of the staff is one of the Foundation’s strategic goals.
On October 12, the “My Step” Foundation launched the training courses on “Project Management” with the aim of improving implementation of the ongoing programs, as well as developing and implementing the new programs more effectively and with more quality,
