May 22nd marked the end of acceptance of applications for the second stage of the “Support of Successful Businesswomen to Novice Businesswomen” initiative. In this round, the 106 applicants having passed the first stage had to fill out a professional form for filling out the applications developed by the task force.
Based on the results of the second stage, out of the 106 applicants, 94 submitted the relevant form. The task force will soon begin to review and evaluate all the applications submitted in the second stage and will sum up the results by June 15th.
While reviewing the applications in the second stage, the task force will focus on the business idea, its competitiveness and sustainability in the market, expansion of the business as a result of financial assistance and several other factors.
Evaluation of the 94 applications will help determine the 42 winners with whom the “My Step” Charitable Foundation will conclude a grant contract and will grant AMD 1 million in financial assistance to each of the winners.
