The three winners of the “Neruzh 3.0” program for Armenian diaspora’s tech startups, Biocentric.ai, Reactive Science, and ATMT are creating jobs and showing tangible results of their work. The program was held jointly in 2022 by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia and “My Step” Charitable Foundation.

The first prize winner was Biocentric.ai, the startup was awarded AMD 20 million. The runner-up, Reactive Science, received AMD 15 million, and ATMT finished third and received AMD 10 million.
