Executive Director of the “My Step” Foundation Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Deputy Director Narek Adamyan, the Foundation’s staff members and Rector of the Armenian National Agrarian University Vardan Urutyan paid a visit to Syunik Province.

During a meeting with the principals of a number of general education institutions in Sisian community, they introduced the “Horizons” Dual Education Program, which will be carried out at the initiative of the “My Step” Foundation and the Armenian National Agrarian University in Syunik Province.

Through the “Horizons” Dual Education Program, general education institutions will introduce a new model of vocational education, which is based on the personal capabilities and professional aspirations of every learner on the one hand, and the features and economic potential of the particular community on the other hand.

During the visit, Executive Director of the “My Step” Foundation Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Governor of Syunik Province Robert Ghukasyan and Rector of the Armenian National Agrarian University Vardan Urutyan signed a trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation, according to which the parties agree to join efforts to introduce the “Horizons” Dual Education Program in general education institutions located in 21 settlements of the enlarged Sisian and Goris communities of Syunik Province.
