It absorbs you and takes you to another world. This is how 27-year-old radio engineer Aram Sahakyan describes the “Quanta” Master’s Degree Program in Quantum and Mesoscopic Physics. Years after obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Sahakyan has decided to continue his education.
“My friend told me that the “My Step” Foundation is carrying out the Master’s Degree Program in Quantum and Mesoscopic Physics. I explored the details and requirements of the Program and realized that it is necessary for me. I decided to participate, and it has already been a few months since I started studying,” the participant of the Program noted.
Sahakyan has also participated in the summer school program, which is part of the Master’s Degree Program, and it was during that summer school program when he realized that the knowledge to be gained will be prospective and necessary in the future.
“The Program is very interesting. It does not matter whether you are a specialist or not. It is a very prospective profession and provides you with the opportunity to go rather deep into any branch of the profession,” Sahakyan said.
According to the radio engineer, the professors and the other participants of the Program are quite interesting people. He learns something new from each of them and transmits his knowledge to the others.
“I did not know the professors before this Program, but as soon as the classes began, I realized that they are truly a great team. They are professionals and hold the lessons in a very interesting way,” Aram said.
The Master’s Degree Program in Quantum and Mesoscopic Physics of the “My Step” Foundation will last one-and-a-half years during which the participants will have a deep insight of the quantum world. Aram Sahakyan has set the goal to study hard, become a great specialist and make his contribution to homeland development.
